In March 2026, Katherine Clark and Kate Bramham visited Singapore for a full day of teaching, research discussion and clinical engagement, hosted by Professor Tan Lay Kok at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

The day covered three sessions: a clinical teaching workshop on kidney disease in pregnancy for obstetricians, physicians and midwives; a dedicated research discussion on current Consortium priorities; and an evening College talk jointly hosted by the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists Singapore and the College of Physicians Singapore, with support from the Academy of Medicine Singapore.

The title said it plainly: Kidney Disease in Pregnancy — What Obstetricians and Physicians Need to Know. The room was full. The questions were excellent. And Singapore is now firmly part of the Consortium’s growing network.
